We are releasing a new version of our backends that changes the HTTP return code and payload in all /transactions calls supporting additional from&to parameters. When from>to, the call returns 400 with payload of "Invalid (malformed or out of range) from/to parameter(s)." instead of 200 with payload of "[]".
